At Victory Family Church one of core values is that teamwork and agreement is the place of power. A team has checks and balances; team members watch out for one another. They help each other if they lose sight of the goal, or grow weary. A good teammate is someone who willing to challenge you to be a better person and team member. A healthy team serves the vision and one another with grace, love and humility.

Lorne & Vivianne Davis
Senior Pastors
In 1992, Pastor Lorne and Vivianne Davis planted Victory Family Church in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, with a vision to see their community transformed by the manifest presence of God. They cultivate this vision through anointed worship, preaching of the uncompromising Word of God and intercessory prayer. They continue to reach, teach, and mobilize a passionate, faith-filled and united church family who impacts their community, province, nation, and world for Christ. VFC is a collection of people from all walks of life and together we are embarking on life’s greatest journey – following Jesus Christ.
Pride & Sandra Davis
Associate Pastors
Pastor Pride & Sandra met at Victory Bible College in Lethbridge and moved to Swift Current in 1992 to help with planting VFC. They have a heart to preach God's Word in a practical, applicable and dynamic way. They hope to see all believers fulfill the mission and purpose God has for them. They have a strong desire to see people's lives changed by the power of the Word of God and the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
In this age of compromise, we believe the Father has called us to take the message of God's love and redemption to the world.
Jerrod & Lori Peters
Administration, Technology & Production Overseer, Sew Love Foundation Inc.
Jerrod (JP) and Lori are passionate worshipers and love the Word of God. They have a passion to see others rise up and be equipped to fulfill their God-given calling and to raise their daughter, Serina Joy, to know and love God and love others.

JP serves on the board of elders, worship team, children's ministry team, and many other areas. Lori is on staff, oversees Sew Love Foundation, is a worship leader and helps keeps everything running smoothly here at VFC.
Kennedy & Chanella Thompson
Youth Team Leaders
Kennedy and Chanella began leading Revolution Youth in 2019 in response to God's call on them as a couple. Their mission has been to help the youth of Southwest Saskatchewan grow in their knowledge, experience and relationship with God to empower them to be life-long, wholehearted Christians. Revolution Youth has become a fun place to learn about God and His Word, grow in relationship with God and others youth, and have a great time doing it.

In addition to leading the youth team, Kennedy also serves as the sound department overseer and a worship leader. Chanella also serves on the leadership team for VFC Kids Ministry.
